It draws partly on state census data and partly on the church\u2019s own data. On this basis, it determines the number of Reformed pastors needed to meet demand. According to church data, there is already a shortage of pastors in the Reformed Christian Church in Slovakia, which cannot be compensated for by state-recognized theological training. However, the gradual decline in the<br \/>\nnumber of Hungarian Reformed Christians does not mean that fewer pastors are needed.
