It focuses on the ever &#8211; changing client system, which is symptomatic and balancing. Changing equilibrium states help adaptation, in which all previously regulated circumstances become predictable. Families adjust their behavioral and value orientation. The process is typically specific and most often hidden. The 21st century challenges of social work include recognizing symptom formation while helpers are confronted with their own system.
